• Lisa is the owner of Studio Ex and has been a leader in the fitness industry for over 40 years!
• She teaches everything here at the studio including SPIN EX, ROWING, FITNESS FUSION, EX BOX, and more! 
• Lisa is a Certified Personal Trainer, AFAA, ACE, IDEA, ACSM, ESA certified. coach.
• You can always count on Lisa to motivate you with new and improved exercises that will consistently challenge you.

• Abby has been an instructor with us since June of 2020! She is also our Studio Director + Digital Marketing Coordinator.
• Abby teaches a variety of classes including SPIN EX, ROWING, STRENGTH EX, BAND CAMP and her personal favorite BIKE+BELLS.  
• She always stresses the importance of making a workout fun, as well as challenging! 
• Her upbeat music and contagious energy will surely motivate you to have a killer workout!

• Michelle has been at Studio Ex since opening day in 2019. She has been a fitness instructor on Cape Cod for 28 years.
• Michelle teaches SPIN EX, ROWING, PIY-ROW, and STRENGTH EX here at the studio. 
• Her biggest fitness mantra is "if it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you". If you're looking for a motivational instructor that will push you to your limits, then Michelle's your girl! 

• Beth has been at Studio Ex since we opened in 2019!
• She teaches CORE+STRENGTH EX and BARRE FUSION.
• Beth is a local dance instructor and is the owner of Beth Walsh Dance Centre!
• She is our in house barre expert and her classes will be sure to tone your body!

• Kristen has been at Studio Ex since we opened in 2019.  
• She teaches SPIN EX and SPIN+STRENGTH EX here at the studio.
• Kristen's positive energy will brighten your day! She makes it her mission to make every member feel comfortable in her classes.
• Her early morning classes are a crowd favorite here at Studio Ex!.

• Tammy has been at Studio Ex since we opened in 2019. She has been a fitness instructor on Cape Cod since she was 18 years old. 
• Tammy teaches a variety of classes including PUMP EX, ROWING, SPIN EX, STRENGTH EX, and more! 
• Tammy is also our in house nutritionist. She believes the most important thing you can do to be your best self is to find a healthy balance.
• You can always count on Tammy to make you sweat!

• Melissa has been at Studio Ex since the fall of 2019. 
• She teaches EX BOX here at the studio!
• Melissa is a great motivator who knows how to challenge each and every member. 
• Her boxing classes are a crowd favorite here! 

• Kasey has been an instructor at Studio Ex since December of 2021.
• She teaches SPIN EX and ROWING here at the studio.

• Helen has been an instructor at the studio since the summer of 2020! 
• She teaches FITNESS FUSION, STEP and SPIN EX here at Studio Ex.

• Melinda has been with us since the fall of 2021.
• She teaches DANCE HIIT & Zumba here at Studio Ex.
• Melinda knows how to wake up a room! You can always catch her with a smile on her face! 

•  Aimee Nicotera is an international fitness presenter and Virtual Studio Owner with 30 years of experience. Aimee holds a BS in Nutrition Science, a Masters in Health Education, as well as numerous certifications, including those from ACSM, ACE, AFAA and the Institute of Motion. Aimee loves to teach group fitness classes, train clients and is always exploring new ways to create inclusive and innovative fitness and wellness experiences.
  

• Keith has been at Studio Ex since the fall of 2021.
• He offers small group training and personal training here at the studio!
• Keith is an avid outdoor cyclist and has a true passion for fitness! You can always count on Keith to show up with a smile and a killer workout!

Stefanie started her fitness career as a Certified Personal Trainer through National Council on Strength and Fitness in 2005. Shortly after she met Lisa Jones, who asked if she was interested in teaching classes. She took Stefanie under her wing and was soon dubbed Lisa’s “mini-me” as we have similar style and sense of humor. One day, Lisa said “take spin, it’s fun!”. Stefanie was running 7 miles 5 days a week at the time, and thought “Pfff piece of cake!” Stefanie made it through Lisa’s spin class about 20 minutes and was about to call 911. But she was HOOKED! It was challenging an so much fun! She became a certified Spin instructor and has been teaching spin for over 15years. 

Ella is a 2023  Barnstable High School graduate. An honors student & athlete Ella will be attending Emmanuel College.  Ella recently completed her Spin Certification and is looking forward to teaching classes.

With over 40 years of fitness teaching experience from Boston to Cape Cod, Susan Wasser has been a popular and effective instructor at many studios.  Susan blends both hard work and fun in her classes. Students leave her classes feeling both worked & ready to tackle the rest of their day.  

Allison is a ACE Certified Personal Trainer with 10 years experience. She recently moved to the Cape from Franklin, MA where she was an Orange Theory Fitness Coach in Medway and a personal trainer at The Kingsbury Club in Medfield.  She is certified in Spin, TRX, Yoga & functional training. She is excited to join the STUDIO EX team.

Colleen fell in love with indoor cycling in its infancy & has been leading classes since 1998. Mad Dogg, Schwinn & Stages certified her motivational style & passion inspires riders to have fun, aim higher & feel great. A DC resident with her husband & 4 boys Colleen summers & spins with us here on Cape Cod.
